International Filter fiberglass mineral and resin tanks are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the system was originally installed.
Other components follow their original manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage requires proper installation, normal operating conditions and maintenance according to the supplied instructions.
Eligible International Filter RO systems are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for five years from the date of purchase.
3-year prorated membrane warranty: manufacturing defects only. Free replacement during the first 3 months; replacement cost during months 4–36 is 1/36 of the retail cost multiplied by the number of months in use. No membrane coverage after 36 months.
Aqua Soft LLC warrants its installation labor against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation.
Manufacturer coverage applies to the original purchaser and eligible equipment at its original installation location. Follow installation, operating and maintenance instructions. The manufacturer’s remedy is repair or replacement of a defective unit at its option, subject to the full warranty terms.
Manufacturer warranties exclude normal wear, disposable filters and consumables, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, freezing, fire, flood and other acts of God. Abnormal water conditions and use outside equipment operating specifications may also exclude coverage. Manufacturer coverage does not include labor, freight, transportation, removal, installation or consequential damages.
Aqua Soft’s labor warranty does not cover damage from freezing, power surges or acts of God; equipment damage caused by lack of maintenance; plumbing not installed by Aqua Soft; modifications by others; or filters and consumable items.
Follow the registration instructions supplied with your equipment. Keep your proof of purchase, installation date and system information. Contact Aqua Soft for help registering your eligible International Filter equipment or requesting the complete warranty terms.
